Welcome to Forster Yoga Studio, the first, the biggest, and the most beautiful Yoga studio in Forster!
You've done the right thing coming here, you are about to make the best choice in your life. Congratulations on finding us!
Every day we have people tell us how our Yoga classes and team has helped them through difficult times, or helped them become happier and healthier. We get if you don't know the lingo, or just want a place to stretch or be calm. Our teachers are compassionate, skillful, and experienced. Our class schedule offers a range of Yoga styles building strength, fitness, and flexibility, to rehabilitation and efficient stress reduction.
No judging, no comparing. This way we can together create a more compassionate society where everyone feels embraced and accepted for who they are. Our mission is Healing this world by connecting hearts, one breath at a time.

"I will forever hold FYS dear to my heart, as Mia welcomed me with open arms and introduced me to the amazing community that is FYS. From the beginners course, to my very first Yin Immersion, women circle and then my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Idit and Ashari. I am so proud to declare FYS as my mother ship and the home to many of my great and wonderful Yoga mothers and grandmothers, who initiated me into my Yoga journey.
Now teaching around the country, running a sacred space curation business and studying my 300 hour YTT overseas, I have Mia and FYS to thank for seeing something in me, and giving me a chance.
A teacher beyond the mat - as much as I drastically improved my tree pose Mia helped me improve my patience, compassion and awoke me to a higher potential.
