Casual Class Options
IR Sauna Sessions are now priced the same as our Casual class packs. Single sauna is $35, and with our Yoga class packs, these can interchangeably be used for IR sauna.

We accept Parent NSW Vouchers for our services and events!
If you have school aged children, you may apply for 5 x $50 vouchers from Service NSW which can be used towards anything ranging from Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga, and/or Pamper packages including massage!
