Meet Our Wonderful Therapists

Jennifer Richardson
Jen grew up in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, where she spent her younger years snowboarding in the mountains and playing competitive volleyball and went on to compete in her University athletics team.
She then followed her adventurous spirit to Australia to travel and study. She went on to complete her Diploma in Sports Therapy in 2004, along with further training in Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Myofascial Release and Hot Stone Therapy. In 2009, Jen added a Diploma of Remedial Massage so she could enhance her skills and provide Health Fund rebates to her clients.
For the past 12 years, Jen has loved running her massage practice in Old Bar, building lasting connections with her community. Now, she’s excited to bring her passion and experience to Forster Yoga Studio, where she looks forward to supporting both new and familiar faces.
Jen’s approach blends professionalism with warmth, always aiming to create balance between the emotional and physical body to ease the stress of everyday life. She is inspired by yoga, meditation, and living an active outdoor lifestyle with her husband, two kids, and their dogs.
With 25 years of experience, Jen has created a holistic and heart-centred practice dedicated to physical and emotional wellbeing.
