Kinesiology  & Mind Body Medicine

We are often not aware of the inner wisdom that our body, mind, and spirit hold. The stress patterns we hold can show up as emotional and/or physical symptoms. The purpose of these sessions is to bring the stresses or blockages within the body to light and release what is holding us back. In bringing things from our subconscious to our conscious awareness we aim to find the root cause of one's symptoms. Working through issues to bring more harmony and balance to our lives. Kinesiology is the framework that unlocks your healing power through gentle, non-invasive practices.

Kinesiology is defined as the study of movement. Kinesiologists treat clients in the complementary health and natural medicine field. Often using muscle monitoring to identify imbalances in the body’s structural, chemical, emotional, or other energetic fields. It is the science of energy balancing and is grounded in the study of anatomy and physiology as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine (which has been around for thousands of years).

Muscle monitoring simply involves applying very gentle pressure to a limb (usually your arm) and asking a series of questions to which the body can show a response if there is stress or not. A muscle’s resistance to the monitoring is also known as bio-feedback. This helps a kinesiologist to identify imbalances or blockages within the body. Muscle feedback bypasses the conscious thinking processes to isolate the root cause of one's issues and the awareness can unblock energies and unlock our own healing potential.

My goal is to help as many people through holistic therapy as I possibly can. I know what it's like to live with pain and to be in the dark about what is really going on within your body and mind. This requires you to take your healing into your own hands, be open, willing to take responsibility, and to seek out the answers that are within each of us. I have first and second hand witnessed great benefits using Kinesiology as a complementary approach on their own or in combination with other treatments. I would love to help guide you to living a more relaxed and joyful life. We all deserve to become the best versions of ourselves, which requires looking within to uncover who we truly are.
